At this meeting we will review the finances for 1st quarter of 2026. We will politely discuss loose dogs and speeding vehicles. We are always needing volunteers in several departments such as road repair, events, neighborhood watch and community center clean up and maintenance. Annual Membership Meeting is being planned for April 2026. More info to follow. 1st quarter financials will be available at meeting. PLEASE BE AWARE OF ROAD WORKERS!!!!!! We will be returning to road work as soon as possible when rain quits. Please don't run over our volunteers!!! We have had several close calls from distracted drivers, hang up and pay attention!!! They are sacrificing their time working for the community.

Sunrise Shores POA is a Texas Nonprofit Corporation.
The developers set up the community as a Property Owners Association (POA) responsible for common property maintenance as well as establishment of requirements for owner property improvements and upkeep.
The POA Board are all volunteers and take an active role in supporting community involvement.
Amenities in the community include a clubhouse, 2 parks, 2 boat ramps, a playground and a stocked fishing pond.
Use of the facilities requires a membership card which is issued annually upon dues payments.
Non residents can use the facilities by purchasing an associate membership at a cost of $54/YR.
